Susan F. Lilly, M.S., MFT

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, State of California

Therapy can be a challenging and exciting endeavor but you won’t be alone. My intention is to provide you with a safe, comfortable, confidential environment in which to explore your relationships, life situation, current difficulties and/or past traumas. The process of exploring your experience in a non-judgmental relationship can increase self-understanding, connection with others and lead toward a more authentic life.

Often our earliest wounds create inner turmoil and splits that get in our way of feeling whole, at ease and joyful. Therapy can assist you in healing these relational wounds, create healthier relationships and integrate body, mind and, spirit. While therapy is a collaborative endeavor, I will make suggestions about areas of exploration that may be useful to process and how to go about it. Yet, this is your therapy. You will be the one to determine what you want to share, which approaches you are comfortable with and how quickly you wish to proceed.

My training includes traditional individual and marriage and family therapy approaches as well as Somatic Psychology. I have experience working with individual and relational concerns and a wide variety of difficulties. I can assist you to increase self-acceptance, learn skills to decrease troublesome feeling states and increase the frequency of positive feeling states, as well as explore longstanding relational and behavioral patterns and their origin.

Please feel free to contact me by phone or email to set up an initial appointment. At our first meeting we will discuss your concerns and determine if this work is right for you. I look forward to hearing from you.

I offer 50-minute sessions and the fee for each session is $100.00. Currently, I accept insurance from various carriers. For more information, please feel free to contact me by telephone at (760) 799-2219 or email me at
